Finally! A working iPad
Finally! My iPad woes are over. Last Friday I stood in line at my local BestBuy and bought an iPad 3G. I am very happy to report that the screen, as well as the rest of the device, has worked perfectly. I had a chance to use the cellular network quite a bit this weekend and was please with the results. I also received my Camera Connection Kit last Thursday and used it a good bit as well. I hope to have reviews of both the Camera Kit and 3G iPad posted very soon.
As an interesting side note, the BestBuy I was shopping only had the 64GB model for sale. Since this was the model I had intending to buy in the first place, I had no issue. It was a bit of a shock for those that waited with the expectation of buying a 16GB model. I could hear groans from some of those behind me that were already anticipating their significant others nagging about the sudden $200 price jump.
